This weekend Rick and I took our last camping trip of the year. We went to Whitewater State Park. It is such a beautiful park. We could not have asked for a better weekend. We went on long hikes, enjoyed nature and just spend time together enjoying the peace that nature brings you.  We met up with good friends and got to reminisce about past times together and plan for our nexts adventures.

It was a trip that was good for the soul....

Fun On The Farm....

We had a wonderful weekend at Diane and Rods farm in northern MN this past weekend. It is so fun to have four generations of family just hanging out talking, laughing, playing games, eating and then eating some more and most of all learning from each other. It is what family and love is all about....

 Grandpa was thinking it would be a good idea to climb the windmill. Thankfully he decided that it was a little too high. 

Diana and Rod got a new puppy named Sugar. She seemed to like to eat slippers :) 

On our last night at the farm mother nature blessed us with a beautiful evening sky. It was a perfect end to our weekend.
