We Are Moving......

Thats right we are moving! After much thought and looking we have decided to downsize. We have a purchase agreement on a house that is on Loon Lake and it is half the size of the one we have now. We are excited to be one step closer to real retirement.

So now we need to sell our house! If you know of anyone looking for a house in Waseca please send them our way. We live in the very quiet northeast section of town and are the last house on a dead end street. The house is a split level with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family room in the basement with a walkout porch. The upstairs has a sunroom/four season porch. A two stall garage that is insulated and heated. We have put a lot of work into remodeling the house over the last eight years to take it from the1976 house it was when we bought it to what it is today. It is ready for  a new family to move in and enjoy. Here is a link to the Listing

Here are some photos of the house....you know you want to buy it....

"To be creative is to let little pieces of your heart go and place them into each project you make."

A while back Cassie asked me if I could make Larina a stuffed toy out of her old Strawberry Shortcake sheets. So of course I said sure! Of course that was way back when I was working so the sheets got put in the pile of other fabric and forgotten.

I finally got them back out and made her this giant hippo. It took 2 bags of stuffing to fill it up. I think she will love it.

Retirement is good...
